YES I AM CONFUSED AND DAZED. I AM ON THE JOB HUNT ONE MORE TIME IN AND AROUND HOUSTON. I HAVE A JOB INTERVEIW WITH A COMPANY WHO RESPONDED TO AN E-MAIL I SENT THEM WITH MY RESUME ATTACHED TO IT. I AM WAITING TO CALL A FRIEND THIS EVENING ON ANOTHER JOB AND IF IT DOESN’T PAN OUT I AM CALLING THE OTHER COMPANY EARLY AM. CROSS THOSE FINGERS YALL. I REALLY DON’T WANT TO LEAVE MY DAUGHTERS AGAIN. COFUSED AND DAZED -JOHN  – (((( UPDATE)))– WOW THAT WAS QUICK AND EASY – I JUST CALLED THE COMPANY THAT WANTED AN ENTERVIEW AND I START TUESDAY !!! – I ASKED IF IT WAS FOR THE ENTERVIEW BUT HE SAID I PASSED IT ALREADY – THANKS TO GOD AND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILLY THATS BEEN PRAYING AND CROSSING THOSE FINGERS FOR ME

Final decision – I am on another mission and thats to help Louisiana rebuild – Yes Iraq in war time and next is Louisiana in hurricane season – I will be able to buy land and a house on this next adventure – I won’t be on the other side of the world from my daughters either - I will be able to drive back and forth every two weeks or so and visit familly and see the angels – There is a job in Grande Isle I am going to check first but if it doesn’t pan out there are more jobs whree room and board is supplied – Who knows I might plant my feet there also – Plenty of fishing holes and great people also – So cross those fingers for me because its what I want – Thats my story and I am sticking to it – Just call me the rebuilder – Iraq, Louisiana – Only God knows my next mission –

Hey everybody – Shame on daddy but I forgot my camera this week end – The girls did ride (( Thunder)) – He is 17 hands tall - Wow what a horse he is – It took all I had to hand my daughters up to Tony – Thunder was acting up but Tony insisted I hand up Betty Ann – Instantly Thunder turned into the most gentlest biggest horse you ever saw – Tony said he wouldn’t hurt any kid and he wasn’t fibbing – It wasn’t easy handing up my daughter but a friend of 18 yrs who has never lied is hard to not to believe – First lap around the yard Betty ann was all smiles – Sheila couldn’t wait for her turn either – It was a blast and yet another week end full of memories with the girls. Hey everybody – Well it is this weekend I get the girls so we are headed to Cleveland. The same place the red clay is. Oh well I will have 4 wheels under me and the girls Saturday morning – Its Conni’s Birthday and Tony insisted I brought the girls to stay the day riding the gigantic 17 hand horse , chase the gigantic bull dog around and generally be the queens with the run of the land – They are not having a blown out part . Just us 3 and one more couple. Darn the odd ball again. I will ( burn ) some ribbeye’s and weiners for the Queens.   – Oh yea there lies Tango – My brothers and Sista’s cat. He is a Tom. The cat wears a noisey cat tag on its collar and still comes up with all kinds of prizes for David . Yes under the garage door he will take squarrels, rats and I threw away a really big lizard looking animal out the other day. Man Tango told me NO JOHN !!!one night when I grabbed him like a dog by the loose skin on his back – Man that was spooky and I automatically went to cat carrying mode and told him I would never do that again if he let me make it to the front door without him taking my arm off. He wouldn’t and hasn’t but believe me that there is a TOM named TANGO – Speaking of Tom’s I will be changing my profile name on the next post and everybody on my subscriptions will be notified – Suspense or not ? — NOT – It will be baldblueyedbiker  same as myspace – Have a great Weekend eve and a better weekend – john

well howdy everybody – I went and visited a good friend Sunday and was trapped untill Monday around 11 – Yes I was on the Suzuki and man did it rain Sunday around 7 pm – Well they live in the woods and I had a 2 mile stretch of red road looking at me that was WET – Yes it was slipperier than owl crap – I called my fixing to be boss only to not get to talk to him – So I stayed the night and tried my luck after 11am – It was still awefull slipppery and I could of sold a tape of me getting that heavy bike down thew skatting wrink for sure – Once I hit pavement I stopped at a store and rested for 30 or 45 minutes – Every inch of my body hurt and my brain was feeling alot better – I slipped a couple of times and just knew this was it – I drove extra slow and had my feet out like a kid with a new bike – Not funny – Man those inside leg muscles just are not use to the straining – This is what I wish I was on - Then  would have had more feet on the ground – I called my new boss this morning and he wants to call me at noon – I told him I have to get to work this week with or with out him – It is commercial work and I will be adding skills to my knowledge – I am sure it is a go because I have worked for him before, but his work slacked off and we were fishing more than working – Speaking of which – My fish were not ugly – Goodness all the pretty fish are to look at any way – Hope all is having a great week – I am – john

Yes it was a real peacefull and beautiful day at lake wodlands – Thought I was kidding about the dragon eh? – Be sure to click pictures to get full effect – Check the mansions out in the back ground – Grass all manicured and all blades in place – Now that is a honey hole – Well not too great but I am not through searching for the best spot – The cats were acting like they were schooling and doing alot of moving around – It is that time of year – I only caught 4 and lost the brother to the biggest – Being stubborn and not using the net caused it to get away – Its such a pain when you get all tangled up in the net – Even worse when I could have had another fish and re rigged my line in a minute – It got miserably hot being down here in Texas with the humidity sky high – No shade what so ever besides my fishing hat – Just not enough for this ole man and I made it till 4pm from 10:30am – And to think I use to could have lasted all day and night – Oh well the old grey mule just ain’t what it use to be – Going to take the girls to play there this week end and see about going to the dirt races – RPM’S, fish and girls – What else does a man need – Oh yea – Food – Hope all is having a great week – I am trying – Landed a job – More details Sunday- john

Beauty? Yes its in the eye of the beholder . The simplest are of coarse my favorite . As in one of the peacocks we spoted in a tree at the petting zoo .((click pictures)) It took an evil eye to spot it but beings it was being VERY vocal it wasn’t that difficult - I have traveled this neighborhood road forever and just discovered we have a street actually called peacock lane – It is hard to spot the road and there is a little farm stuck off in the woods and they also have peacoks. Every other pass on the Suzuki a peacock gives me a big ole Texas Howdy – Goodness the sounds that those beautiful birds make is something else – Thanks God for such awesome animals – Then you have the beauty which is miss leading in so many ways – How do you know how many times they have been to the body shop? Yes I can see some bondo and cosmetic work has been done on those bodies – Wow I am going to try and take the daughters to the dirt races this weekend – I miss the rpm’s and eye candy thats everywhere you look – I am talking of cars ladies – John doesn’t go for looks alone and gotta hear that motor purr- Its Wednesday and according to the fishing callendar its an excellant fishing day – I am going to recruit my nephew Jonathon – If anyone can catch them he can – I have been baiting a hole by the damn on lake Woodlands – There are some really beautiful fish in that lake – Its pollution free and you can hold a fish up to the sun and see right through it – So wish me luck and hopefully I will be posting a stringer of cats tomorrow – Looks like I am going to try chicken livers because it seems to always be the best . I throw out a couple handfulls of range cubes they feed cattle with – Yes thats my secret weapon and within 30 minutes you will be catching fish – 10 bucks for 50 pounds and they last forever because you only give them a couple handfulls – If you give them too much they will fill up on them and won’t hit your bait – I am syked out and in the fishing mode for sure – Hope all has a great day and enjoy all the little beauties be it birds, bees or horse power –

Well hello to all my friends – Yes- yet some more memories to add to daddy and the girls – Us 3 went to the petting zoo and met Shanda there – It was a hoot – The girls never slowed down the whole time we were there – They haven’t learned you can’t be running up to the animals like the pea cocks and deer – They did enjoy riding the ponies this time compared to being nervouse the first time - Wow I need to reset the time on my camera but these were snapped Saturday – They look like 2 cowgirls relaxed on the ponies – Afterwards we went and had burgers at McDonalds and said good bye to Shanda and headed to the house – They were out by 8pm with just a little pouting for momma – Even Betty Ann was pouting this time and said ((Sheila gave her sad ))- Well daddy unsaded them reminding them they had to go to bed in order to wake me up in time to go feed the ducks and play at the park – Man what a mistake that was – 6 am is too darn early for sure – I asked BettyAnn to go back to sleep and wake me at 7 – I don’t think she went back to bed but was watching the clock quietly because right at 7 she was saying daddy its 7 o clock – So we grabbed a waffle and sausage sandwhich from mcdonalds and went to eat them at a picnic table at the park – man what an awesome feeling having breakfast with 2 cute little ladies at the park with the sun and animals just waking up – Priceless —

Well howdy to all my xanga familly – Woo Howdy – Easter was a blast and great sucess – The Easter bunny ( me) left a trail of empty plastic eggs leading to the baskets – Betty Ann found them as Sheila kept on filling her little hands with eggs - So we went inside to empty the bunnies out of the baskets and went to find some more eggs – Sheila came out like a bandit and couldn’t hardly tote her basket, so she dragged it - Betty was happy with her findings also – Sheila started to cry for momma Saturday night untill I explained I had talked to the Easter Bunny and told him they would be at daddy’s Easter morning – So she husshed up and those 2 angels fell asleep quick – I had taken them to the park Saturday to feed the ducks, then we played hard on the jungle jim they have there – man those girls were pooped and ready for bed at 7:30 – So was daddy – ( don’t say those words) – We went to church after getting our baths and going to what a burger for bisquits and gravy – It was a great service and the girls enjoyed their class they were in and left with a goody bag – To top off the Easter cellebration we went to my sisters beckylw’s to have some chicken spaghetti (( good stuff)) and mingle amongst familly – It was simply a fantastic day full of memories I will never ever forget – So I hope everybody else had a great Easter and filled those brains with memories that will last forever and ever – Simply can’t wait till my next week end with those girls -  At the park Sheila went straight to the climbing wall that was a short cut to the top – wow what a little climber she is – Betty hesitated but finally did make it up to the top – Yes we gotta do that again for sure – All have a great week and will drop by and chat soon – John

As a lot of you know, my husband was recently diagnosed with cancer. Its been a rough 6-7 weeks. I can’t begin to tell you what all has happened in this past month and a half, but it’s definitely been one hell of an emotional roller coaster for us. It really forces you to have a new outlook on life. He is doing well and as he would say, he is “fighting this fucking thing!”. He’s on his way to beating it. So, as I sit here and see the medical bills start to pile up and wonder where I’ll find the money to pay for the things insurance hasn’t covered.. I know there are others out there who aren’t as lucky as I am at this moment. A friend of mine just lost his wife to Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. His wife was an amazing woman and you can read their story here.. Sabrina Black’s spirited battle – 03/22/06 Steve has been a huge support in helping me get through this mentally, both before and after the recent loss of his wife, Sabrina. He is such an amazing man with more class and heart than I could put into words. I’ll never be able to repay him for the support he has knowingly and unknowingly given me and my husband, except for the following… There is a fund for his wife that he is currently converting into a non-profit organization in hopes that it can one day pay 100% of the medical bills for cancer patients.
