Hello USA – Yet another beautiful brisk morning in Iraq – A pleasant 67 degree out and not a cloud in the sky – Well at least we know the Snowmen and Butch have been busy – Goodness I put the side back on the birds box yesterday and Nanny is already going in it and coming out to get another egg fertilized – I have had 12 since July and doesn’t look like they are ever going to stop — Had a plumber see 2 mortars come in yesterday evening and the just stuck in the sand – But it wasn’t but about a 1/2 mile from the hooches and around 8 pm they had their (controlled) blast – Good golly miss Molly – They were really loud – I stuck to my noodles last night but finished of those reeses butter cups – Stay away from the px John – Chocolate and Christmas just seems to run hand in hand – Thats my story and I am sticking to it- Other than the 2 duds we had 1 more Kaboom but nobody was injured – It is getting close to elections again so it will be getting a little busier as far as red alerts go -Man sadam has his ways doesn’t he – Just up and told the Judge he wasn’t going to show up to coart and didn’t – His day is coming whether he is ready or not – OK people so far I have a winner for the Christmas tree – Where are the rest?? – I like the tree because of the beautiful present under it-hehe- Yep you know who I am talking about – So come on yall – Show me some lights – I will ask the night crew where the best sets are and post them for yall in a couple of days – There are some platoons that decorated kinda nice – Well concidering where we are they did a fine job – Hope all has a great Thursday and always don’t forget to HOLD THOSE HEADS HIGH AND GOD BLESS ALL

I think it is neet to find out that you are from the Woodlands. We will be here as long as it takes for my wifes company to rebuild in New Orleans (probably till about March). God has done so much for my family. Especially since hurricane Katrina. What the devil meant for bad, God has turned around for our benifit and His glory. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” John 10:10 (NIV). God is good all the time!! Four hundred miles from home God has shown His grace more than I have ever known in my twenty seven year walk with Him. Thanks to the good people of Texas.

Hope to have a Christmas tree pic soon. Since I’m not at home I’ll have to post one of my daughter’s tree. We haven’t finished decorating it yet. My granddaughter and I will do that this weekend. Will let you know when I’ve got it posted. I’m sending knee mail to the Lord to keep all of ya’ll safe during the elections. Hey John, I just wonder how long they will put up with Saddam’s behavior? He’s whacked in the head if you ask me. I understand all those people wanting justice, but I just don’t see how they’re going to get it from a mad man. He’s certifiably nuts, maybe they should bring him over here and let him live out the rest of his days in a mental home. He’d get good treatment, and be locked up with people as kooky as he is. I can just hear it, “You’re not the leader of Iraq, I am!” “No, I am!” “No you aren’t! I am!” Gosh, that would be funny!
Hi John, Glad to hear you are safe….We just got our tree last night and with all that is going on it may take a few days to decorate…mmmmm, it smells good though. I will post when I get it all together, lol. I do have some Christmasy pics on our youth site though….a Christmas concert….and LOTS of packages in the one where we went to Operation Christmas Child and helped prep the boxes….a wonderful thought of those kids all over the world opening up those packages!!
