Hello USA – Hot Doggies – Thanks to all my links in my xanga familly chain for the birthday wishes – I went to the mail room and had Birthday and thank you cards – Gosh its a good feeling receiving letters and cards – I know I have all my computerized life – But there isn’t anything like the feeling of picking mail up – I have some letters to take to the chaplain from Ms Gayle – Such a sweet lady to rite letters to the service men – I promise they will get to the Chaplain and tried 2 times already - Here I am living like a King and seeing our soldiers sleeping on their trucks at night and in makeshift housing – They are doing better but its like if they are just passing through they do not get the commodoties as the ones on the base itself- they can enjoy all but a hooch or a chicken coop they call them – They are actually shaped like a chicken coop and house 20 people – You have a half wall like office cubicals – People coming and going at all times of the night - I was in one for 3 weeks – Its mostly the service using them now because all the new hires for us are getting straight into a hooch – Gosh they don’t know what they missed – Its like they are all care free and unaware what can happen at any time – Myself have been through alot – Thanks to the support of my familly and xanga familly -Life isn’t all that bad – Just gotta keep that positive look on things and don’t think about the past – It was tough -Well the enternet is really slow and I have alot to do today – Thanks again everybody – I doubt I will make it by today but when I get a chance you can bet I will be visiting – Sorry no pictures but don’t forget to HOLD THOSE HEADS HIGH AND GOD BLESS — JOHN

Hi! I didn’t get a chance to write yesterday but I want to say Happy Birthday! I just turned 47 in Sept. and I’m not sure I like that number, but life goes on! I enjoyed reading your story, and I am jealous that you got mini-bikes for Christmas. I always wanted one so bad! But my brother had lots of bikes, Cushmans, go-carts so I had to ride his which he didn’t care for. You know, I should go get myself a mini-bike now! Hey, why not!

The picture with us today is an early picture of our Sharon who is 21 today! She is in Thailand for one more month, working with people who went thru the sunami. There are a lot of orphans from that big wave so that was why she went over there originally, to help them. She ended up helping do all of construction and whatever was needed. We’ll all go out to meet her when she comes (oh we’ll all go out to meet her when she comes etc) back on December 5th. you have a good night! jaywalSC
