• Hello USA – Yet another beautiful morning in the sand – OK – Yes – I am my goodness 46 Today – Where did all those years go ?? Oh gotta tell ya Happy All Saints day to all also – There is an awsome saint – Man has a great name also and that would be John – I was born in the Piney Woods in east Texas -Lufkin that is – My father was working at the papermill which you could smell for miles around – His father was a inspector of homes and a skilled man that could do anything electrical,plumbing and carpentry – My mothers parents lived their also and My grandfather Butch was tranfered from Houston to Lufkin to open the very first tv shop . Man he also had the first tv and people would come to his house just to watch the channel 2 display on tv – I had a cousin who worked and had her own talk show on tv – Her Husband was the person who’s voice you always heard – My fathers parents ,my Uncle and aunt all lived side by side, walking distance from the swimming pool and baseball diamonds where little leagues played – Man I ate that ole bob wire fence more than once chasing a foul ball to get a snowcone – I had a cousin who made miss texas – I have An aunt and uncle that I loved visiting also -They had a pond and thats when I first got the rush of catching a fish on a artificial worm – I thought that was cool to trick a fish like that -That Aunt never forgets birthdays or Chistmas’s and they are on a fixed income - We had a 2 story house me and Bubba use to pee out of the screen on the top story and always seemed to get busted – I had puppy loves Sarah Brown and Gina Hearn – My father was transfered to Houstons papermill so I had to leave them – Gosh I was 8 yrs old – So we moved to a small place called ALDINE and there I was raised untill the 11th grade – I had a sweetheart-Edna Overturf – Her dad drove for frito Lay and I was able to get free chips -Had some really cool neighbor and too many to name – One was a fire marshall and he use to let me have conficated fireworks and was about the only one that could beat me in pin pong, besides he took me hunting a time or 2 – The Minters were rally nice and me and Julian were fishing buddie – The Yeagers were something else – I had a crush on Mrs,Yeager but hey I was a kid – Charles Yeager tore down our underground death trap of a fort and thank him now but then we were mad at him-I was to the most part a loner and me and my dog went to the woods alot – I look back now and realize I fed the familly many a nights with rabbit – Me and Bubba were brothers who always took care of my little sister at the time – We always were fighting and picking like brothers should – Untill we got mini bikes for Christmas one yr and thats when the bonding became a reality -Thats a big reason we have bikes now, because I can speak for myself – I am not getting any younger-My grandfather Butch moved back to Houston and lived in a small trailer park right down the street from the Astrodome - It was a trailer park that rented by the month ay or whatever and once a clown moved in beacaus of the circus was in town – Me and him bonded and my grandmother croos stiched his picture for me – Wonder what ever happened to it ? I was not really into school and quit my 11th grade – My mother went to wake me one morning and I told her I had quit school – She said well get your butt up and go find a job – I simply said – I start in the morning as a plumber – I worked for about 5 different companies and rode the jobs out untill most folded and I did quit 1 because we were fishing most of the time and it was costing me to work for him – He is still a great fishing buddy though -I have always worked and once got 1 unemplotment check and tried to give it back – They don’t take them back though - I have been through 2 divorces and don’t regret either – The first one was a ready made familly and I did better the life of her son if nobody else – The last one I was blessed with Betty Ann and Sheila – I have lost both of my parents but do still have Linda my stepmother and Elbie my other father – That man has really taught me things about life and I have paid attention – I was laid off my last job and was told about this job so here I am 46 yrs old sitting in Iraq trying to better my daughters lives and help this country over here – Iraq – I am thankfull for what little I have but familly, friends,nature and Our Shepherd is all that is needed to make this ole red neck happy -So happy Tuesday to all and act nice today becaus it is all Saints day – Most of all don’t forget to HOLD THOSE HEADS HIGH AND GOD BLESS ALL– JOHN
